* Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

* Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
* Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
* Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

* Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
* Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
* Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract additional charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
